If utilizing our blending bar, you’ll be intrigued by how we help guide your intentions in creating your own custom-blended massage oil, body butter, or body scrub for use in your treatment. This perfect blend is great for take-home use as well.

Full Spectrum Sauna

If having a sauna before your massage, you will be given a bamboo body wrap to change into.  While sitting in our full-spectrum sauna, enjoy the healing benefits of light and colour with “Chromotherapy,” which creates an environment for the body to experience colour in a calming way.

Sumptuous Treatment Rooms

When you meet your therapist, you will be taken to your treatment room, which is set up specifically for you and your needs.  Once your treatment begins, you will immediately feel the difference in the quality of care we have taken, from the heated tables to our soft linens.

Quality of Care

Your RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) will review your health history with you to ensure no contra-indications to massage and assess your preventive or rehabilitative soft tissue goals.  Your therapist will set up an intensity scale to ensure your comfort level is always met during treatment.

Upon completing your treatment, your therapist will provide you with a suitable home care plan that will assist you in reaching your wellness goals.
