At Rain Wellness, our primary services include RMTs providing evidence-based rehabilitative treatments and meaningful patient outcomes within a calm, thoughtfully designed spa-like environment that is both peaceful and restorative for both therapists and patients. You’ll find a fulfilling balance here, where holistic wellness and clinical outcomes are equally valued.

(Optional work, but not necessary). We proudly feature Hydrotherapy—Massage Therapists’ Heritage treatments—such as therapeutic hot stone, contrast treatments, mud wraps, and salt glows. These enhance our patients’ therapeutic experiences and offer a welcome break from daily deep tissue sessions if you add these to your treatment list (training provided).

Flexible Work Models: Choose to be an Independent Contractor (Locums & Seasonal workers welcome) or enjoy the ease of being an Employee
Competitive Compensation: Daily or Monthly Flat-Rate Room Rental or Commission Split for Contractors and Commission-based pay with benefits for Employees
Full Schedule with The BEST Patients!!! We have worked hard to get and keep the best patients. Minimal “no-shows” with protections in place to still get paid because we know your time is valuable.
Training and Mentorship: We offer on-the-job training and mentorship for new graduates
Patient and Therapist Safety: We prioritize safety and well-being with top-quality organic oils, eco-friendly luxury linens, hydraulic tables and rolling stools to maintain proper body mechanics, and comfortably sized treatment rooms with natural lighting.
Modern Amenities: Jane App, online booking, direct billing, on-site laundry, lockers, and an inviting patient waiting area. We also provide a fully equipped staff room, reception area with POS system, business phone/text/fax tools to help you maintain boundaries, free parking, and a full-time virtual receptionist.
