At Rain Wellness, part of our job is to help you reduce and manage stress for healthy living. This is one of the reasons why we have chosen to take care of your insurance billing for you. We understand that not everyone has the financial means to pay for their treatments up front and then wait for reimbursement; let alone the added stress & time of having to submit receipts to your insurance company. Please understand that though we provide this service, it does not mean that your particular benefits or insurance company will always cover your treatments here at Rain Wellness.**
When you come to your first appointment, please show the receptionist your insurance card. While filling out your health history, Rain’s receptionist will check your benefits and submit the claim for you. Depending on your benefits, you may be covered for up to 100% of your visit (Please call the phone# on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your massage benefits before your visit to Rain). Please note that payment for treatment is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.**

If you do not see your insurance company above, please contact us and we will inquire if we can set up direct billing for your particular insurance company.
** If for any reason we are unable to direct bill your insurance, we kindly ask you to pay for your treatment in full at time of service. You will then be give a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
