Michelle Koch, RMT

Michelle is a graduate from the 2 year, 2500 hour program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She loves to be continually learning and expanding her skill set, and finds assisting people towards their healthiest, pain and stress free selves to be so rewarding. Her goal is to empower and facilitate her patients to reach optimal balance through careful assessment to gauge progress, using research-based manual techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and hydrotherapy, coupled with targeted exercises and stretches to bring home and aid a timely recovery. Massage doesn’t always have to include “no pain, no gain” techniques, and Michelle wants to show you the power of working with the tissue, not against it. That being said, she is never one to shy from a challenge! She believes that open communication is vital in your wellness journey.

Vernon born and raised, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, and running. Her passion for therapeutic massage arises from a place of being grateful to live in such a beautiful country, and wanting to help allow people to experience it for as long and as much as possible. Thank you for taking an interest in your health!
