Angeline is a Master in her line of work, and it shows in her art as a therapist. She first graduated from the Austin School of Massage Therapy, in Austin, Texas in 1992 while serving full time in the U.S. Military. This gave her many opportunities to work as a massage therapist and see the benefits received during different training aspects and sporting events within the military. “My passion grew as I watched people re-gain their mobility, decrease their levels of pain, and watched scar tissue fade away”. In 1996 Angeline returned home to Merritt, BC where she started her family and continued to work as a wellness practitioner growing a loyal client base within the city of Merritt and the First Nations Communities.
Angeline returned to school in 2010 at the Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC to become a Registered Member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC. She completed the 3000 hour diploma program and is grateful for the new knowledge gained enabling her to help her clients reach a new state of well-being. “I use many modalities in my treatments depending on individual circumstance or client goal, and I especially love intuitive healing. Really, my favourite modality is what works for you, be it Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue Work or even the dance of a beautiful relaxation massage”.
I especially have a passion for water and the power it brings to a treatment. I have combined age old First Nations remedies with modern Hydrotherapy for a therapeutic experience like no other. I believe that when the body is in a state of rest it heals… and these principles being key in the whole creation of Rain Wellness and to successful treatments!”
“When not working… my other passions include gifted time with my elders, traditional gathering of foods and medicines, gardening, and last but not least… I love, love, love those special moments shared with my amazing children and my very supportive and loving family! I look forward to serving you. W’ay”
